We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist that will support the North America Marketing function with responsibilities for executing campaigns, coordinating logistics for marketing materials and events, maintaining company branded materials inventory and directing external inquiries to company resources.

 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing Generalist must be an organized multitasker who is able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars.
  • Effectively implement multichannel marketing campaigns to support demand generation in the Americas.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Coordinate and process sales leads through automated marketing systems like Hubspot and Salesforce.com. Assist with lead handoff to sales based on customer criteria like industry and geography. Monitors progress through the sales funnel and recommends campaign enhancements.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and longterm business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation.
  • Ability to learn new software and stay current with software revisions when needed.
  • Other clerical tasks including, but not limited to;
  • Managing the stock of corporate branded promotional items
  • Working with appropriate parties to complete and file award applications
  • Understanding and managing invoice processing with Accounts Payable Department

 

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of marketing experience; understanding of marketing or event planning
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented with attention to schedules and timelines and maintenance of records and materials
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including grammar and spelling accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Social Media
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Hubspot, a plus
  • Knowledge of outsourcing industry services, a plus

 

Travel:

  • Limited travel to trade shows and sites
