We’re looking for a leader to help advance our internal communications agenda. Within our Global Marketing & Communications team, you’ll find energized, positive people rolling up their sleeves to deliver value-added solutions, products and services for our clients. From facilitating meetings with key internal stakeholders, to preparing associate communications, you’ll be the one to help deepen relationships while strengthening our internal brand.

As Internal Communications Manager, you’ll report directly to the Director, Global Communications and will be responsible for the development and execution of the internal communications strategy.

We're looking for a rock star communicator who can take projects from concept through implementation to reporting, providing both management and hands-on involvement in all global internal communications activities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work under the lead of the Director, Global Communications to establish, monitor and review the internal communications strategy to ensure that goals are aligned with key business objectives
  • Manage day-to-day communications to internal audiences, develop content based on business strategies and determine the appropriate channel for messaging(experience with Workplace by Facebook a plus)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR, to support in global, regional and local communication strategies
  • Serve as a strategic communications consultant to leaders to create, implement, innovate and oversee communications strategies, channel management, presentations and other internal communication-related projects
  • Constantly research and find creative channels, properties, communities and technology to drive internal awareness
  • Manage budget related to internal communications efforts
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information to ensure effective internal communications programs
  • Establish timelines and oversee the timely development of all items related to internal communications
  • Develop unique and differentiating ways to bring the Sitel brand to life
  • Develop strong expertise in the customer experience outsourcing market
  • Raise awareness and enhance our positioning by consistently projecting on-brand messaging through all channels
  • Measure everything. Track and analyze program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources
  • Work directly with our internal Business Intelligence team to determine and prioritize the content needed to support our global brand development activities


Experience/ Knowledge/Abilities:


  • Minimum 4-6 years related experience in B2B marketing or communications or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer experience management industry experience a plus; HR Communication experience a plus.
  • Proven project management skills
  • Expert at analyzing, optimizing, and programmatically reporting on our performance against stated goals, whether it’s the performance of social handles, landing pages & emails, or engagement levels driven from our ongoing communications activities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work well with professionals, senior managers, directors, etc.
  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word,  Excel, PowerPoint and other applications in the Office Suite – excellent PowerPoint skills strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related areas: Marketing, Journalism, Communications, PR, etc.
