Position Overview  


This role is responsible for the development of compelling messages and impactful tools that effectively bring the Sitel Group® brand and products to life for clients and prospects across the globe. This role will work closely with The Sr. Director, Global Brand and Product Marketing and other members of the Global Marketing team, as well as members of the Field Marketing and Product teams.


Core Responsibilities


  • Develop compelling product marketing messages.
  • Translate technical details into customer benefits.
  • Working with other members of the Global Marketing team, develop product content such as PowerPoint decks, whitepapers, case studies, videos, website copy.
  • Ensure the corporate website is maintained with the most current brand and product messaging, support the development of new digital content as required.
  • Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team.
  • Ensure all activities support agreed on brand and product-specific messages.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned, and how our product offering compares.




  • Education:  BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Years of Experience: 7+, including experience supporting diverse internal local marketing functions preferred.
  • Ability to build succinct but compelling narratives, with excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including proven project management skills.
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure/to tight deadlines, managing multiple stakeholders/concurrent projects.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a keen desire to make a difference towards the realization of shared goals.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Up to 10% travel.
