Job Summary

Sitel Group are seeking a motivated HRIS Business Analyst to support the Americas Region with systems analysis and implementation under the banner of HRIS process and change management for the purposes of providing excellence in the delivery of the HRIS agenda.  A good level of spoken and written English is required for this position.


This role can be virtual.


  • Solution Design:
    • Work with HR to translate business requirements into system configuration.
    • Perform data analysis in support of management or customer requests.
    • Develop  detailed  designs  based  on  documented  requirements  of  product  services  and  enhancements.
    • Works with stakeholders to map and transform operational system processes as part of the overall solution delivery.
    • Partners with the Reporting Analytics teams to apply data analysis tools to develop insights into business outcomes and the drivers of such outcomes.
  • Systems Delivery:
    • Performs pre-determined technical configuration with guidance from product managers / SMEs
    • Consistent and reliable delivery / execution of activities to defined service levels, schedules and budget.
  • Change Management (Projects):
    • Define delivery schedules and ensure execution to plan for assigned deliverables. Lead small scale internal projects through the full project lifecycle as necessary.
    • Direct requirements gathering with customers as requested by leadership.
    • Support client relationships by working with HRIS resources and business owners to provide client product updates, presentations, and demos.

Other responsibilities

  • Training and Documentation:
    • Create and maintain live documents through the project lifecycle as necessary
    • Define and document test strategies and cases.
    • Create appropriate end user training materials and provides detailed solution training and delivery for the purposes of testing and orientation.
    • Manage and confirm testing stages are completed as part of the wider project
  • Support:
    • Respond to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with the professionally prescribed standard response.
    • Uses standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve the broad range of application problems.
    • Provide experience in support of HRIS functions within the region.
    • Manage external SuccessFactors product documentation such as service guides, user guides and other collateral.
