You Will

 

As Manager, Sales Strategy & Governance at Sitel Group® you will manage the end-to-end deal governance process, assess key risk factors, Understand pricing drivers, Manage the process and SLA’s, and know when to exit a deal. Collaborating across, Sales, Legal, Solutions, Finance, Pricing, Operations in this role, your goal is to enable the revenue generating teams optimize deals, and close them more effectively and without errors.

 

  • You will be a part of the solutions team and the lead strategy and governance to incoming deals.
  • Ensure deals go through the mentioned process quickly and with compliance to SLAs, appropriate escalations and without skipping steps.
  • Follow up with the opportunity owner often to make sure things are progressing in the deal.
  • Use critical thinking skills to see what deals make sense for the organization, where we need to reposition, strategize a win for the client and us.
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have

 

  • Ability to take ownership of assigned duties, and demonstrate initiative by making suggestions for continuous improvements project management experience and understanding of the BPO industry or similar industry and metrics.
  • Business Degree – Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, Project Management, Process Management
  • Judgement and Decision-making: must possess excellent judgement and strong reasoning skills, to fully assess potential risks and develop sound suggestions
  • Analytical and Research skills: must be naturally curious and driven to seek out information needed make suitable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of financials and profitability acumen.
  • Agility and poise under pressure.
  • Communication skills: able to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing to peers, senior-level and stakeholders at all levels. Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when sharing sensitive information. Comfortable delivering unpleasant news with tact and diplomacy.
  • Interpersonal skills: Able to work collaboratively and develop solid working partnerships with all levels across different teams
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple varied tasks.
