Job Summary


HR Information Systems – Enterprise applications, governs the strategy and provision of global and regional HR and Payroll systems.


As a vital aspect of the fast moving BPO space, the time keeping system is fundamental to the business, ensuring time worked by people is captured as expected.  In order to maintain the technological support for time keeping, a driven and effective systems manager is essential.


The core provider of the Enterprise Time Keeping System – UKG (Kronos) deals with time collection and evaluation policies needed to support payroll for a particular country

You Will


  • Lead the sub-function of time keeping systems for the HRIS team, and be responsible for a small team delivering global time keeping solutions in line with guidance from functional teams and the HR Leadership.
  • Be responsible for systems analysis, operations, and implementation under the banner of HRIS process and change management for the purposes of providing excellence in the delivery of the HRIS agenda.
  • Work with and direct development in the system and will hold a strong knowledge of the technical build and approach to UKG (Kronos), as well as helping with it’s implementations.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, maintaining a good communications network and be the lead for various time keeping projects and tasks.
  • Manage the development and expansion of the UKG (Kronos) time keeping system.
  • Analyze business objectives and user needs and convert them into technical requirements.
  • Perform technical direction and decision making around system implementations.
  • Provide input on potential improvements to the system.



  • Ensure that the resourcing and skills in the team match the current business demand through capacity management and planning.
  • Shape and direct the development or build of the team roles to suit the business needs.
  • Acts as a mentor and coach to the team.
  • Work with the HRIS director to build a forward roadmap on the system landscape and delivery demands.
  • Work with country HR representatives and payroll teams to drive adoption of UKG (Kronos), ensure support levels are within SLA and help to identify and pre-empt change to the business process.
  • Ensure the creation of appropriate end-user training materials.
  • Constantly reassess the tools and approach used to keep solutions in line with changing business needs.
  • Have regional travel that is less than 15%

You Have


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, will consider equivalent combination of education and experience for the right candidate.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a Corporate HR or HRIS organization with a systems design / implementation focus.
  • Background in Kronos Workforce Central administration, MS Office  
  • Proven experience of working within project structures and matrix management arrangements
  • Worked within a multi-national corporate HRIS or HR functions with a passion and aptitude for systems delivery. Must be familiar with project structures and working and executing on various projects and deliverables as needed and defined by business needs.
