You will be an important support to one of the best Image world brands



We are looking for a talented and accomplished Quality

To enhance the competencies of individual employees coaching programs that will boost employee’s workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values. You will be responsible for monitoring procedures and identifying improvements or non-conformity issues.



Our expectations about you,


  • Ownership of quality methodology, delivery, and development across the Operations
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
  • Providing appropriate feedback on the quality of the service to advisors ensuring adherence to procedures
  • Attends and participates in meetings with Operations to discuss outputs of monitoring
  • Provides relevant information for Monthly Quality Reports
  • Provides feedback to the training department about issues arising from monitoring
  • Participates in monthly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency
  • Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair trading and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilities.



What you need to have,


  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
  • A proficient second language will be a plus
  • Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Good organization/time management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Ability to provide feedback in a positive and supportive manner
  • Ability to assess agents’ professional, linguistic, technical and diagnostic skills, identify strengths/weaknesses and recommend solutions
  • Able to effectively use Microsoft applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience of relevant quality and coaching technique

  • Availability to travel
  • Out-of-hours support
