As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible to meet these objectives through quality metrics analysis, and supporting Operations/ Client decisions.

  • Deliver appropriate feedback on the quality of the service to ensure adherence to procedures
  • Attend and participate in meetings with Operations to discuss outputs of monitoring
  • Provides relevant information for Monthly Quality Reports
  • Give feedback to the training department about issues arising from monitoring
  • Participate in monthly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency

 

Maximize your experience.

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or fluent level of Italian and Spanish (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organization / time management skills
  • Able to effectively use Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
  • Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
  • Ability to influence behavior
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Ability to give constructive feedback to CSRs which lead to performance improvement.
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal

 

Background

  • College degree or directly related work experience
  • Minimum of 12 months call center experience, preferably as a Product Specialist/Mentor
  • Successful coaching and management of others
