Your future project: join our Italian E-commerce Support Agent.

 

Our client is a renowned printer company, a global leader in providing innovative imaging solutions and technologies that help customers worldwide.

 

As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate via phone calls and emails with potential customers who would like to get advice or support when buying products online
  • Give information and handle the inquiries on basics in a case closing manner
  • Transfer more difficult inquiries to next level if necessary
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators
  • Navigating multiple systems simultaneously in order to update e-records promptly and accurately
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team to provide feedback and suggestions to help the company grow & retain its customer base

 

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
  • Good command of English (level B1)
  • Good numerical and verbal reasoning skills
  • Good sales sklis
  • Interest/education in the technical sphere
  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, processes and technology
  • High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal
