Manager, Insurance Licensing Process Manager

At Sitel, our talent is our strategic differentiator.  As the Manager, Insurance Process Manager, you will play a critical role by managing Licensing Team servicing our pool of talented licensed agents in the Americas region.  Your work will be critical to Sitel’s continued growth.  You will be responsible for processing insurance application forms, building processes to make licensing department more efficient, managing continuing education program, producing and speaking to client reports and needs, applying and supporting agent contracting and appointments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team by providing leadership goals and strategies focused on teach, develop, and grow agenda. 
  • Work directly with third party training partners to ensure support and performance to our front line agent group.
  • Creates and facilitates talent assessments and reviews; works with leaders in the organization to proactively identify organizational needs and long-term capability requirements, and identifies resources and creates plans to address licensing needs.
  • Participates in sales planning meetings with business partners, contribute information about licensing and cost to assist the organization in developing the correct rates.
  • Research new and emerging markets within the insurance industry. Help to drive strategy for making the department more agile while growing.
  • Produces quarterly and monthly financial statements about licensing cost and help to project cost for next quarter.
  • Participate in sales meetings with prospective clients to showcase Sitel’s vast licensing experience.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Previous  licensing training or process roles
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong financial acumen experience
  • Insurance license in either Property & Casualty or Independent adjuster or ability to obtain within 30 days of getting the job.
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft key programs i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and word.

  • Organizational agility.

 

Education:

  •  High School Diploma required
