Partnering with our recruiters to support the Company’s talent search efforts at the site level.

Responsible for the interviewing and selection of qualified candidates for agent level positions.

The Interviewer will be assessing candidates fit for the position - including the call type for which they may be best suited and communicate hire/no-hire to recruiting team of offers to be made.

This position will also require Continuous Improvement initiatives: iGuide review and revisions, agent profile reviews and calibration, feedback to recruiting regarding quality of applicants, feedback from training, operations as to the quality of new hires, participate in attrition analysis, new hire survey review, 90 day reunions, improve process using a data-driven approach based on recruiting experience/metrics, recalibration with HRM quarterly and other duties as required.



Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.

Good computer skills – Microsoft Office preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills.



2 years’ experience in recruiting with a focus on interviewing and hiring.

Call center operations experience preferred to assist with the understanding of the profile to which we are trying to hire.



High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
