Job Summary

Pay: $17/hr

This position is ONSITE at our SITEL Las Vegas location: 420 E Pilot Rd #3620, Las Vegas, NV 89119

You must live within 50 miles of the address listed above to be considered for this role. 


As a High End Retail Customer Care Specialist, you will deliver exceptional experiences every day for one our our luxury fashion brands that creates handbags, clothing, shoes, accessories, makeup, fragrances, and home decoration. About you!

  • Are you into High-End fashion retailers? 
  • Want to drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
  • Luxury eCommerce sales and/or customer service experience with a keen understanding of luxury needs and expectations
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the ability to work with fast-paced systems handling multiple databases at the same time
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment with strong management skills
  • Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • 2+ years of previous retail, call center, or hospitality experience
  • Are 18+ years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Can pass a criminal background check

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Exceptional online customer service support through answering e-mails, phone calls, and chats while creating a repeat client base and maximizing online sales. 
  • Provide support and information regarding eCommerce products, stock, availability, order inquires, returns, exchanges, and shipping information
  • Act as a generalist to clients and prospects regarding fashion trends, proving styling recommendations based off of individual client needs
  • Demonstrate passion for the brand and keep relevant with brand information with products, brand storytelling, social responsibility, services, promotions, and  marketing trends. 
  • Exercise clear communication with various care center partners, leaders, and peers
