Do you enjoy helping others? We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide customer support for one of the nation’s top banking organizations. You will take calls to support customers with their banking needs and answer questions about the client website, products and/or account-related services. This position is virtual and requires a home office setting that is noise and distraction-free. 

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist customers with any possible fraudulent activity on their credit and/or debit card accounts
  • Solve complex problems that may be unstructured and require the use of conceptual thinking 
  • Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all calls
  • Prioritize customer retention and offer additional cross-sales product to customer when applicable 
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions

Qualifications & experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions 
  • Ability to acquire and apply new job related information in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software applications 
  • Typing test required competency of 20 wpm with minimum accuracy
  • Banking or financial industry experience preferred 
  • 18+ years of age 
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred) 
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

As a customer service representative, you will handle inbound customer service calls, including billing inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or troubleshooting - via phone, email, chat and social media.

If you live near one of our locations, our hybrid model offers the flexibility to work from home or on-site, with the option of site-based training.
