Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to work on our prestigious account for one of the worlds leading medical device companies. The Customer Service Advisor will be dealing with enquiries regarding their products both on the phone and via email as well.  This role is covering nights in the week and the full weekend period.  After 5 weeks training in the office this wil be a work from home role.

Job description:

  • Handling calls, emails, letter cases within 24 hour reporting deadline, identifying and reporting issues such as adverse events, product quality complaints, general enquiries & medical enquiries.
  • This job is working nights Monday to Friday and covering weekends as well between the hours of 17:00-08:00.  The shifts will be 16:30-01:00 and 00:30-08:00
  • Handling of Social Media Channels and Live Chat monitoring per rota each agent gets to do this
  • Proactive and direct contact with the client, providing solutions & feedback to improve business and consumer satisfaction.
  • All agents are doing cross markets meaning they handle their own native market and the UK lines.
  • Accurate case logging in our CRM system
  • Taking accurate, verbatim notes
  • Continued self-learning of all new processes and policies
  • Work alongside Safety and Branding Teams to enable excellent consumer care
  • Any other duties as required by the department - flexibility and accuracy are key
  • Monthly test provided and regular training and updates provided.

About you:

  • We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaker who is a committed person that are people orientated and can work well in a team
  • It is important our team can respond in a tactful, diplomatic and empathetic manner with all of our customers given the nature of customer enquiries
  • You will be Self-motivated with a desire to provide an excellent consumer experience
  • Flexible and able to work on own initiative
  • Highly computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ideally knowledge in how to use Salesforce
