Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Spanish speaking team manager to join our busy team within our Kingston hub. The job is based out of our Kingston Office and after 8 weeks training onsite it will move to a work from home role overseeing a team of 16 agents who are also Bi-lingual.  This role will cover nights Monday to Friday and all hours over the weekend but working 5 out of 7.

The successful team manager will have 16 customer service agents that report to them. You will need to monitor performance as well as ensuring they have all of the support they need to do their jobs whilst speaking to a medical devices manufacturers customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • You can demonstrate experience in a contact centre
  • Confidence in learning and using a variety of computer systems and data sets to drive the teams success in delivering business objectives (against KPI’s and metrics)
  • You are comfortable with a wide variety of people management tasks and roles.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively under pressure
  • You are able to demonstrate a good understanding of your role in the wider success of our business
  • Skilled in engaging and motivating a team through open communication, reward and recognition and your ability to role model our core values
