About Us

We are looking for an experienced technical support manager to join our growing team at Sitel Kingston on a full-time permanent contract as a Team Manager – German speaking.


Job Summary

You will work and gain experience with a leading Machine company.

You’ll be key to the client relationship, in day-to-day contact, facilitating regular meetings, liaising with HR, learning, planning and supporting teams.

You will lead your team ensure consistent achievement of all operational KPIs. This will involve performance reviews, continuous reviews and management of absenteeism/attrition. You will be continuously mentoring and motivating your Customer service advisors, tracking client satisfaction and producing reports - most importantly you’ll create a culture of open and honest two-way communication.

You will have a background in outsourcing, excellent communication and strong leadership skills coupled with exceptional client management. You should also be able to show the ability to analyze processes, enact change and think both operationally and strategically.

Primary Job Responsibilities


Proactively manages and is responsible for all Health and Safety issues for the team, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.

Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.

Ensures that all team members (Sitel or agency/contract) comply fully with the security policies and requirements of Sitel and its Clients, ensuring staff is given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.


Working hours

Must be Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm – working 37.5 hours a week
