Software Renewals Advisor

Operations

The role:

You will be overseeing renewals to clients of a software package that is a subsidiary of a world leading technology company. This will be focusing on the America's market both on the phone and via email.

Job responsibilities:

  • Renew and develop ongoing annual / maintenance Contracts, with a view to adding additional licenses.
  • Be knowledgeable and familiar with database solutions built by our independent developer community.
  • To focus on achieving personal and team based licensing targets.
  • Activity target of 40 call per day plus supporting emails
  • Assist sales and supports teams with customer success activities.

Job specific requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proven experience in outbound telesales.
  • Experience in the use of SalesForce would be preferred, but is not essential
  • Knowledge of and interest in software products or computer technology.
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00 to meet the demand of the American market.
