Job Summary

The Lead Learning Specialist creates learning experiences that equip new and existing associates to excel in their work environments through creation and delivery of expert learning initiatives, mentoring and one-to-one skills coaching.

· Deliver soft skill and product training to newly recruited and existing Sitel employees across campaigns, as defined by Sitel and our Clients, towards internal certification

· Deliver GOS training modules to leadership and support colleagues on topic related to their role and accountability

· Mentor and coach new to role and inexperienced trainers through their role development programme

· Assist design and implementation of professional development and training (including training material, assessments and timetables) for both campaign and support functions

· Build and maintain close working partnerships with operations leads and support department to identify training needs and delivery plans

· Collect, input and review attendance, evaluation and other data related to associated campaigns learners progress and impact.

Requirements

· Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver both new to business and leadership training

· Strong organisational and prioritising skills with ability to manage multiple campaign need simultaneously

· Extensive understanding of training processes and practices for face to face and virtual adults learning.

· At least 6 months of customer service or technical support experience coaching and mentoring other associates, preferably in a complex, fast-paced contact centre environment.
