Intro

Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in German? We have an exciting role here at Sitel working for a leading Machine company!

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, assisting them with any queries and issues related to their printers. We require someone who is a problem solver, quick thinking and can thrive in a busy role. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team who will support you in developing your skills.

Details

  • This is a full time permanent position
  • Working Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30 (No late evenings or weekends!)
  • Your training will be ON SITE in Kingston Upon Thames for 2 weeks followed by 2 weeks of supported working ON SITE - MUST be able to commute to Kingston Upon Thames
  • After training this role is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from home
  • This is a German speaking role - Must be fluent in German (written and spoken)
