Are you passionate about customer service? We have an exciting role here at Sitel working for a major ticketing company that connects fans with hot tickets to top live events for Sports, Music, and more!

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customers. We require someone who is a problem solver, quick thinking and can thrive in a busy role.

For those people who are more career minded, we can introduce you to a wide range of progression opportunities, across both management and support career paths.


  • This position is Full time Permanent
  • Your training will be ON SITE for 4 weeks in Kingston upon Thames – you must be able to commute.
  • This position is working any 5 out of 7 days a week - 9am to 5:30pm
  • This is an English speaking position - Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
