Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor. Working for our client who are one of the worlds leading contact lens manufacturers, the customer service advisor will be speaking to customers and opticians providing advice on the products both on the phone and online as well.

What we ask in return

  • Be able to speak and write Italian up to a native level
  • Great communication skills and resourceful nature – demonstrating a calm, gracious demeanour and problem solving skills for complex queries
  • You will be PC literate and a comfortable using various in-house systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required, along with excellent written skills for formal emails and correspondence
  • Strong listening and effective questioning skills
  • Skills in navigating websites and relaying instructions in a clear manner
  • Strong team player with ability to organise, coordinate and execute on details
  • Be able to work 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday
