You Will

 

  • Administrative support for Kenexa Applicant tracking system.
  • Work with local HR teams and other stakeholders as the HR systems subject matter expert as they transition from legacy local HR and Payroll systems to the Company’s global HCM.
  • Be the product owner within TA to facilitate associated testing and reporting initiatives.
  • Facilitate delivery of end-user training for recruitment systems, including delivery of training where appropriate.
  • Work with Recruitment / Talent Acquisition global teams understand their business process and technology requirements and translate these into functional requirements.
  • Work with global HR Systems and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure that global recruitment systems meet each region’s current and future needs.
  • Compile recurring reports, including;
  • Preparation of recruitment reports across the organization, using Excel and PowerBI tools.
  • Ad hoc recruitment reports as requested by the line manager and key stakeholders.
  • Coordination of HR KPI reports such as headcount and attrition reports to meet global HR reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with multiple reporting teams to streamline data collection and the use of new technologies to create and share reports.
  • Data Analysis and problem solving.
  • Carry out any other administrative tasks within the team as requested by the line manager for internal stakeholders.

    • ATS end users (hiring managers and recruiters) within the organization
    • Support department (i.e. IT ESE and Data Warehouse Teams, Payroll, Reporting and Quality teams)
    • Senior managers within the EMEA Region
    • Global CoE and Workstream counterparts
  • External;
    • Systems vendors
    • Recruitment agencies

You Have

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Four years relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • PowerBI skills with the ability to create reports and dashboards
  • Excellent skills with other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience of working with Recruitment and/or HR systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a clear, logical and structured approach.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and generate reports.
  • Keen to try new ways of working to see how technology can simplify or automate tasks.
  • Spoken French would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working with end users to identify business and technology requirements.
  • Experience of preparing documentation.
  • Experience of facilitating requirements gathering sessions and product demos.
