You Will

Sitel Group is seeking a Global Social Media Strategist to join our fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic Global Marketing & Communications team. We are looking for a team member who has experience creating innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. This position requires a dynamic combination of creativity, communication and technology to apply marketing best practices to campaigns.


In this position, you are responsible for developing, building and managing the global B2B social media strategy, day-to-day community management and channel analytics of all owned social platforms for Sitel Group. You should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our B2B social media accounts cohesively, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor, as well as online community trends, technology and strategies.


DESIGN. Execute and own B2B social media campaigns across core platforms, partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment to overall business strategy and targets.


MESSAGING. You will position the company effectively in the marketplace and strengthen brand awareness, ensuring a consistent and positive social media presence across all managed channels.


PERFORMANCE. Monitor social media globally for issues/comments.


DATA. Track, measure and report everything and use data for the overall social strategy.


COLLABORATE. Work closely with local, regional and global teams to measure performance and share best practices and strategies to increase engagement.


INNOVATE. Identify and connect with new communities of interests, influencers and advocates across social platforms to grow social media channels for how Sitel Group can stay ahead in the social media space. Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.


BUDGET. Control cost and manage to the expected budget.

You Have

  • A B2B social media/digital marketing portfolio, or equivalent combination of related training/education and experience required, demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Exceptional writing experience in creating innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Display ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
  • Experience in social media management with a focus on corporate reputation, image and risk management and reputation management.
  • Experience creating and executing strategic communications plans across various internal and external vehicles, including email, social media platforms and company Teams tool & digital video platform(s) experience.
  • Knowledge of social media monitoring and listening tools, plus understanding and using the data for the overall social strategy.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, campaign launches and performance analysis.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.


  • Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, demonstrating why your ideas are analytically sound.
  • Expert at analyzing, optimizing and programmatically reporting on our performance against stated goals, whether it's the performance of social handles, landing pages and emails, or engagement levels driven by ongoing communications activities
  • A team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (i.e., content development, creation and editing of content, and support with online reputation management).
  • An enthusiastic attitude works well as part of a team and can adapt quickly to a fast-moving, highly matrixed global environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including; Adobe Creative Cloud (ideally Photoshop and Premiere at minimum) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills and can communicate and collaborate with various audiences/stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills and financial acumen.
  • Customer care/BPO industry experience preferred.
