Sitel Group is seeking a Global Manager for Marketing Technologies to join our fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic Global Marketing & Communications team. This position is responsible for developing, building and managing a range of digital marketing tools and technologies. This role will also partner with and support local marketing teams in accessing and utilizing marketing tools to deliver B2B marketing campaigns supporting business growth. This position requires a combination of strengths in data management, planning and communication and technical ability across a range of tools and platforms in order to drive success with marketing best practices.


You should have excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and demands from a variety of Marketing stakeholders across multiple tools and platforms in a cohesive way. Marketing technologies include, but are not limited to: Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and other scrapping tools, Drift, ABM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

You Will


  • Conduct regular reviews of marketing tools and technologies within the marketplace and provide recommendations to the Global marketing team on trends, opportunities and solutions
  • Maintain intelligence on marketing technologies leveraged by competitors (where available)
  • Maintain tracking of all MarTech contracts, updating the Head of Digital Strategy and CMO on upcoming contract renewals and supporting annual budgeting for digital tools
  • Partner with procurement and legal teams (as required) on contract renewal or new implementation requests, completing all necessary procurement processes and within procurement systems (HICS, Scout, etc.)
  • As Super User/Admin, manage user requests for all in scope MarTech tools in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with MarTech vendor CSMs to understand development roadmaps, access support to optimize tools and maximize value of MarTech contracts
  • Support Marketing teams in Utilization of Marketing Tools


  • Maintain expert knowledge of in-scope marketing tools and technologies, partnering with vendor teams and or completing training courses to stay aware of new trends and developments
  • Support onboarding and training to the Global and local marketing teams on tools, directing to recommended available training resources, or liaising with vendor teams to plan and facilitate training
  • Document marketing processes to maintain operational playbooks for all MarTech tools
  • Maintain regular contact with global and local marketing teams to understand current needs and challenges and offer solutions, directing to other teams or experts, as required
  • Create reports to monitor the usage of the tools
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

You Have


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • 5+ years’ experience piloting tech stack from end to end. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills to work with people at all levels. Customer care/BPO industry experience strongly preferred 
  • Understanding of B2B marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies including Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Drift and ABM tools
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with an ability to track, interrogate and report on marketing metrics and results
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to support marketing teams in accessing and optimizing use of MarTech tools
  • Be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees, as required.
  • Proven project management skills


  • Expertise at analyzing, optimizing and programmatically reporting on our performance against stated goals
  • Excellent technical skills; ability to work well with professionals, senior managers, directors, etc.
  • Enthusiastic attitude, works well as part of a team and is able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications in the Office Suite
