Position Overview  

 

The Hiring Experience Lead is responsible for driving the implementation of our Hiring Transformation. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO), S/he will join the transformation group and coordinate the execution of Sitel Group’s Hiring experience roadmap.

 

This is Global/Virtual role.

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

SITEL HIRING & ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE- (10%):  

 

  • Define Sitel’s hiring and onboarding experiences for our different populations: Agents, Non-Agents,  Directors and above. The hiring and onboarding journeys will be driven by our business needs and our target expectations and behaviors.
  • Experiences must also be aligned with our Employee Value Proposition – Learn, Lead and Grow – and Sitel Culture & Values (description above).
  • Find the right balance between global standards, part of Global Operating Systems, and local adaptations.

 

SITEL HIRING SUITE- (40%):

 

  • Defining our platforms’ strategy, leveraging our past investments in SAP SuccessFactors (Career Site and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)), HireRight and GIS (background check), DocuSign, OpenText for electronic signatures, documents and MAX Connect (internal system)  – or Intranet - for onboarding.
  • Coordinating roll-outs and adoption with the vendors, IT, Marketing and Training teams. The focus in 2021 will be the roll-out of Harver's assessment and scheduling solution, as well as an engagement solution.
  • Monitoring our results and return on investment: active users per platform, Harver impact on attrition and performance, etc.

 

HIRING DATA & DASHBOARDS- (10%):

 

  • Understand the recruitment data supply chain and implement the processes to enable data collection and integrity. Drive a data-centric culture within the recruitment teams by providing the resources to do so : hiring dashboards, training, analysis and recommendations

 

RECRUITERS ENGAGEMENT, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT- (40%):

 

  • Engage internal global community of recruiters in the internal hiring transformation:
    • Leverage Workplace by Facebook to provide visibility in our hiring roadmap, share results, best practices and maintain our Hiring Global Operations Standards (GOS).
    • Plan My Assoicates Experience (MAX) activities to scope new experiences, and test solutions.
  • Partner with Learning & Development leaders to define Sitel recruiters’ talent model and development paths. Scope training needs, to coordinate their development. 

 

 

 

 Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:

 

  • Analytic skills and results orientation: monitor the impact of our hiring transformation for the business: fill rate, hiring costs, 90-day attrition, e-reputation and candidates experience
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills; ability to network with internal and external stakeholders and to effectively lead a geographically distributed team.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills necessary for creation of engaging reports and presentations, ensuring that data is clear, concise, and convincing, and is tailored to the target audience.
  • Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with demonstrable skills in analytics, reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Talent acquisition strategies and hiring processes in high volume environment
  • Hiring platforms. Assessment vendors. ATS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
  • BI Platforms ( Business Objects and Power BI), a plus.
  • Be tenacious and someone known to be determined and who “gets things done”. 
  • Take the role of a critical thinker to challenge existing processes and define new standards.
  • Be agile and organized, with a strong results focus, driving project completion across multiple work streams, business units and geographies. 
  • Must be strategic and pragmatic. Ability  to identify a clear vision of future state while remaining grounded when it comes to the plan and execution.  Be clear about your goals and what you want to achieve in the next 1-3 years. 

 

Education:

  • Post-Graduate Degree / Masters (Preferred) or equivalent work experience.

 

Experience Target:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with global implementation experiences, within the BPO industry (ideal).
