Are you looking for a new career in the New Year? Are you a hard worker that doesn’t shy away from a challenge, or just simply wants to try a new opportunity? Then we want to hear from you!

We have new roles available starting in January 2022! Our family friendly working hours range between 8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. Saturday working between 9:00-14:00 once every 4 weeks (No late nights or Sundays).

We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Sitel Maxim on a full time permanent contract paid at £9.50 per hour.

The role

Once you have completed our full induction and training experience, you will be responsible for handling General Enquiry calls for a well-known utility provider, which is made up of:

  • Billing enquiries
  • Meter fault enquires
  • Smart metering
  • Appointment bookings
  • Complaint handling
  • Other miscellaneous enquiries following corporate marketing campaigns

Once your training is completed, we will continue to support you with ongoing coaching and development time. For those people who are more career minded, we can introduce you to a wide range of progression opportunities, across both management and support career paths.

What we need from you in order to be successful?

  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time.
  • Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
  • A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems
  • Previous utilities experience (desirable but not essential)

Don’t have previous customer service experience or feel like you don’t quite meet all of the above? We still want to hear from you! Remember we are going to train you and teach you all you need to know.
