Job Summary

As a Retentions Advisor, you will be on hand to answer any questions or queries our customers may have. The aim is to turn every contact engagement experience into a positive one. We will provide you with full time classroom based training in order for you to be positively prepared for the job role. The best part is, you will be working in partnership with the UK’s fastest Broadband provider – Virgin Media!!

We are offering you a full time, permanent contact of 37.5 hours per week. We expect you to be fully flexible between our opening and closing times which are Mon-Fri 08:00 – 21:00 Sat 08:00 – 20:00 and Sun 08:00 – 18:00.

We pay you £8.32 per hour. You will be paid weekly, one week in arrears for the hours you work including any overtime.
