SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that calls are handled professionally.

Provide direction and guidance to guarantee the consistent achievement of key performance metrics.

Achieve, measure, report, and communicate metric goal attainment for assigned team.

Ensure accurate and timely communication of client and campaign issues to Manager Site Operations.

Consistently achieve goals for a number of call monitoring per week and scores for an assigned team of customer service agents.

Coach, mentor and develop agent team for skills expansion and promotional opportunities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The ability to obtain a Claims Adjuster license within 30 days of hire (employer-sponsored)

Demonstrated interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory skills.

Minimum of 2 years of claims supervision in personal auto is preferred, but not required.

Minimum of 3 years claims adjusting/handling experience in personal auto or personal property

Minimum of 12 to 18 months of call center experience preferably auto and liability experience (First notice of loss, policy services, etc).

Four-year college degree or directly related work experience.
