Customer Service

Job Title: Technical Customer Service Advisor

 

 

Do you have a passion for Technical Support?  Do you take pride in offering a great Customer Service Experience? If so, would you like to represent John Lewis & Partners and bring your passion and expertise to work every day? 

 

You will be employed directly by Sitel and will represent our client John Lewis who are committed to going above and beyond for their customers. 

 

Once you have completed our full induction and training experience, you will be handling a variety of Customer enquiries from John Lewis customers who are having technical difficulty with their products and going through a series of trouble shooting questions to resolve and manage the following: 

 

  • Broken goods 
  • Delayed arrivals  
  • Damaged goods on arrivals 
  • Refunds  
  • Repairs 
  • Stock enquires 

 

Following your training, we will continue to support you with ongoing coaching and development time. For those people who are more career minded, we can introduce you to a wide range of progression opportunities, across both management and support career paths. 

 

What we need from you in order to be successful? 

 

  • Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time. 
  • Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people 
  • A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems  
  • Previous technical retail/sales customer service (desirable but not essential) 

 

If you don’t have previous customer service experience or feel like you don’t quite meet all of the above? We still want to hear from you! Remember we are going to train you and teach you all you need to know
