What you need to know:

  • Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Start date: Immediate
  • Permanent Contract.
  • Salary.£23,000 pa plus performance related bonus
  • 5 days across Monday – Sunday 0900-2100
  • Shifts will be on a rota basis with every other weekend included

To join our Team, we ask that:

  • you have experience managing and leading a team (essential)
  • you can demonstrate experience in a contact centre (desirable)
  • you have confidence in learning and using a variety of computer systems and data sets to drive your teams success in delivering business objectives (against KPI’s and metrics)
  • you are comfortable with a wide variety of people management tasks and roles.
  • you are able to manage your time effectively under pressure
  • you are able to demonstrate a good understanding of your role in the wider success of our business
  • you are skilled in engaging and motivating a team through open communication, reward and recognition and your ability to role model our core values
  • A real self starter who leads rather than follows
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate others to ensure consistently hit high sales targets
  • Familiar with CRM software, G-Suite, Live Chat tools
  • Reliable and trustworthy, you will be an important leader and role model

Principle Accountabilities

 

  • Manage the Sitel Team to ensure individual and team targets are being exceeded and customers are being dealt with in line with SLAs
  • Lead from the front, showing what good looks like and providing motivation, mentoring and coaching of the team
  • Create a sense of urgency within the sales team by building an energetic and engaging culture
  • Full responsibility for the delivery of daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Daily briefing of business updates and promotional activity to the team
  • Manage sales pipelines
  • Point of escalation for any and all team queries
  • Identify and escalate additional training, development and support needs of individuals to Training Manager
  • Establish and measure KPIs that drive performance and personal development
  • Manage and understand underperformance, dealing with difficult situations to ensure positive outcomes
  • Run a weekly sales meeting to update on performance against KPIs, highlighting any challenges and potential solutions along with opportunities to optimise and improve performance
