Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Advisors for our brand new campaign!   Are you an animal lover with a passion for travel?  Would you like to represent PetsPyjamas  Customer Service Sales force and enable dogs and their human companions to make wonderful memories?

This is a brand new team training in May.  Our crew of new agents will be working shifts between 9:00-21:00 Monday to Sunday.

We are looking for both new and experienced customer service and sales advisors to join our brand new team at Sitel Exeter on a full time permanent contract paid at £10.50 per hour.

You will be employed directly by Sitel and will represent  our client PetsPyjamas. Founded in 2012 by avid dog lovers, PetsPyjamas Travel has grown rapidly to become the number 1 for dog-friendly travel, working with over 18,000 hotels and cottages throughout the UK, where dogs really are as welcome as their owners

Day to Day Responsibilities

Once you have completed our full induction and training experience, you will be proactively managing a variety of new and existing customer leads.  This will involve:

  • Liaising between customers and our venues, via the telephone and email to book every aspect of their tailor made dog-friendly break
  • Dealing with a high volume of Inbound Sales Enquiries and turning them into bookings!
  • Managing a sales pipeline through our CRM from point of enquiry to booking, including proactively actioning follow ups by making call outs to existing and new customers
  • Providing quotes to customers’ requested hotel/cottage/B&B as well as coming up with other options based on customer’s requirements
  • Creating long lasting relationships with both customers and hotels
  • Sharing knowledge, findings, patterns and hotel info with the wider sales team

Following your training, we will continue to support you with ongoing coaching and development time. For those people who are more career minded, we can introduce you to a wide range of progression opportunities, across both management and support career paths.
