We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Sitel Exeter on a part time permanent contract paid at £9.45 per hour.

You will be employed directly by Sitel and will represent our client Rapha, who’s mission is to make cycling the most popular sport in the world

The Terms

  • Contract - Permanent 
  • Part time hours available 20-25 hours per week
  • £9.45 per hour
  • Train onsite then work from your own accommodation.
  • Working hours between: Monday to  Friday, 6.45pm to Midnight
  • No working on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day this year

Once you have completed our full induction and training experience, you will be handling a variety of Customer enquiries and requests which include:

  • Customer Enquiries
  • Managing Customer orders
  • Arranging repairs/refunds
  • Telephone, email work and potential to upskill to social media and live chat

  • Deliver the legendary Rapha experience by engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with all Clubhouse visitors.
  • Drive sales customer engagement by effectively uncovering the customer’s needs and presenting appropriate range solutions.
  • Communicate positively about the brand at all times, be a Rapha Ambassador and bring to life Rapha’s core values – Passion, Determination, Creativity & Communication.
