Flybe is back in Exeter and we are looking to recruit talented and experienced agents.  If you have previous airport/airline experience then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and driven by success and eager to solve problems.


The Role

You will be a representative of Flybe, your main role will be to deliver first class customer service to pre-flight passengers over the phone, calling in for a wide range of reasons.   You will also be identifying opportunities to upsell baggage/seats on reservations calls.  You will be responsible for Managing through queries proactively, so solutions can be implemented to deflect call volumes.


Main Responsibilities


  • To provide excellent customer service to all passengers who contact us on the phone
  • Assist passengers with making bookings/adding extras
  • Be the first line of resolution when a passenger wishes to make a complaint, you should be comfortable to assist with a resolution before it is escalated
  • Assisting customers with any queries they may have, an example being ‘What route availability do you have’ or ‘what baggage do I have on my booking’
  • Upholding core Flybe values consistently
  • Additional responsibilities where required
  • Being able to hit appropriate targets, in terms of call handling time.


Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to organise, set priorities and multi-task.
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team
  • Effective problem solving skills
