The Roles

At Sitel Exeter we work closely with some well-known brands such as John Lewis, Rapha Cycles, Heathrow Airport and Johnson&Johnson. Working on these campaigns will require you to use your excellent customer service skills and knowledge to assist customers with any issues or queries they may have.

Job Responsibilities

  • Objection handling
  • Booking repairs/updating customers on their current repairs
  • Navigating around multiple systems whilst conversing with customers
  • Troubleshooting equipment
  • Liaising with manufacturers/repair centres
  • Organising replacements, exchanges and refunds
  • Answering delivery queries
  • Excellent vocal and written communication

Your Contract

  • Permanent contracts available
  • Full time and part time hours from 22-37.5 hours per week
  • Fully flexible between Monday-Sunday
  • Pay from £9.85 – £10.00
  • Weekly pay

  • On site and hybrid positions

The next step
