This role is based on site in Exeter in Devon. Please do not apply if you live more than 1 hour from Exeter city centre.

· Contract – Temporary/Permanent

· Part Time and Full Time up to 37.5 hours per week

· £9.15 - £10.00 per hour with weekly pay

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be on hand to answer any questions, queries or complaints our customers may have over the phone and via email.

We will provide you with full time classroom based training in order for you to be positively prepared for the job role.

This role will be based on our Sitel site in Exeter.

EXPERIENCE TARGET

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Contact Center Environment
