Do you have a passion for travel and tourism?  Then why not join one of our executive customer service teams at our office in Exeter.  Representing, a Major  International Airport – Heathrow.

  • Hours are between Mon-Sun 09:00 – 17:30 however we ask that you are flexible if normal opening hours resume (06:00 – 23:00)

The role:

 

The role:

  • Receiving and making calls (low volumes)
  • Provide a high level of service to all clients
  • Ambassador for the Heathrow brand and vision
  • Ensure that a seamless journey is arranged for our clients
  • Confidently resolve all queries/complaints and provide positive outcomes for all clients
  • Organising suites/special requests on arrival/personal shopping experience
