Here at Sitel, we have an amazing opportunity for you to work within our Exeter office (Devon), representing the UK’s No.1 international airport – Heathrow!

Please note: this is an office based role in Exeter, DEVON

The role:

  • Reception Inbound calls/emails
  • Provide a high level of service to all clients
  • Ambassador for the Heathrow brand and vision
  • Ensure that a seamless journey is arranged for our clients
  • Confidently resolve all queries/complaints and provide positive outcomes for all clients
  • Organising suites/special requests on arrival/personal shopping experience
