We are offing you the opportunity to become part of our award winning team at Sitel (Exeter) as a Customer Service Advisor for Heathrow Airport. Here, you will be using your excellent communication skills to liaise with customers answering their queries from airport car parking, to booking assistance and chaperones.

Pay

We pay you weekly, one week in arrears for the hours you work including any overtime.

£8.70 per hour up to £9.35.

Opening Hours

Monday – Sunday 06:00am – 23:00pm

Job Type

We are offering a full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week. This is 5 days a week, 7.5 hour days.

Our full time employees follow a shift rotation which covers morning, middle and late shifts. We will require you to be fully flexible around the opening and closing times and shift patterns will be published 3-4 weeks in advance MINIMUM!
