Job Summary

You will be working at Sitel for our biggest partner in Exeter - John Lewis. Here, you will be a permanent Inbound Call Centre Agent looking to make a difference whilst executing exquisite Customer Service.

The job role itself consists of advising John Lewis Customers on the equipment they have purchased from the department store or online. You will be the voice of the brand offering your knowledge and Customer Service experience in assisting them with their queries.

Details

We pay you weekly, one week in arrears for the hours you work including any overtime.

Starting rates are £8.72 per hour up to £8.84.

 

Opening Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 21:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 20:00pm
Sunday 10:00am – 18:00pm

 

Job Type

We are offering a full time/part time, permanent contracts of up to 37.5 hours a week.

Our full time employees follow a shift rotation which covers morning, middle and late shifts. We will require you to be fully flexible around the opening and closing times and shift patterns will be published 4 weeks in advance MINIMUM! We also offer shift slides and FLEXI DAYS!!
