Please note: This role is based in Exeter - Devon (please do not apply if you live anywhere else in the UK as this role is based in Devon)

 

Your Contract:

  • Full Time 37.5 hours per week
  • Permanent 
  • Weekly Pay 
  • £9.42 per hour
  • Working belween Mon-Sun 09:00 - 17:30 however need to be fully flexible between - 0600-2300
  • Paid training Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30

Responsibilities: 

 

Within your role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers over the phone, as well as via email. Day to day you will be helping our customers with queries about their visit to Heathrow Airport and their onward travel; booking their parking, lounges or other extras, signposting them to the correct contacts to assist them so that they have the best customer experience.

As well as handling customers on the phone and via email, there will be opportunity to complete back office tasks that include working with Excel.

You will also be given the opportunity to train in other areas of the campaign, such as Social Media and Live Chat!
