Key Details!

  • City Centre location right opposite the bus station and a short walk from Exeter Central; Station.
  • Salary £10.00 per hour
  • Family friendly hours 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. (No late nights, No Weekends and No Bank Holidays).
  • Following 4 weeks training you can reduce your hours to work 9.30 to 2.30pm!
  • Permanent Contract 
  • Temporary Contract for 6 months

Day to Day Responsibilities

Once you have completed our 4 week training experience, you will be handling a variety of Customer enquiries and requests which include managing customer’s cases relating to any aspect of their vehicle ownership. This will involve:

  • Warranty enquiries
  • Service or after sales support
  • Liaising with Dealerships
  • Liaising with Insurance companies
  • Telephone, email work and potential to upskill to social media and live chat

30th August 2022

(Please note that holiday during the 4 week training period can not be accommodated)
