 Do you have a passion for the motor-trade? Would you like to represent Stellantis’s driving force and bring your passion and experience to work every day? Then Spring in to a new role with Sitel starting at the end of April.

Job Details

We have new roles available starting this summer! Our family friendly working hours range between 8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. (No late nights, No Weekends and No Bank Holidays).  Following 4-6 weeks training we are also able to Offer school hours 9.30 to 2.30 Monday to Friday PLUS working from home.

We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Sitel Exeter on a full or part time permanent contract paid at £9.60 per hour.

You will be employed directly by Sitel and will represent  our client Stellantis, who is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions. Their company’s strength lies in the breadth of their iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of their 300,000 people, and deep roots in the communities in which they operate.



Once you have completed our full induction and training experience, you will be handling a variety of Customer enquiries and requests which include managing customer’s cases relating to any aspect of their vehicle ownership. This will involve:


  • Warranty enquiries
  • Service or after sales support
  • Liaising with Dealerships
  • Liaising with Insurance companies
  • Telephone, email work and potential to upskill to social media and live chat

What we need from you in order to be successful?

  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time.
  • Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
  • A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems
  • Previous motor-trade experience (desirable but not essential)

What you will need


  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Highly  Organised
  • Capability of working with a minimum of supervision
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Ability to speak to external stakeholders at all levels
  • IT literate (Full Training Provided) but knowledge of the MS suite would be an advantage
  • Previous Customer Services, Retail or Motor-trade experience would be beneficial
