  • ·         PERMANENT CONTRACT

    ·         40 hours per week (+ Paid Overtime that suits YOU!)

    ·         You will be required to be fully flexible between 08:00 – 21:00 Mon-Sun

    ·         Weekly Pay of £374.00 with scope increase as you develop and progress!

    ·         Must live within 1 hour to our Sitel site in Exeter, Devon (this is to allow us to provide you with support should you need it)

The Role

This role will require you to use your excellent customer service skills and knowledge to support our loyal John Lewis customers with their post sales queries ranging from providing troubleshooting for a faulty white good appliance to a complaint about the latest electronic personal devices. We are looking for patient, empathetic and positive individuals with a flair for conversation and a confident telephone manner.

We provide a fantastic 6 week training program built to provide you with all of the skills and tools to deliver fantastic customer service and effective troubleshooting. Our training will require you to be motivated as some of our training is self-lead. However, our amazing learning and development team will be on hand if you have any questions.

Your Work At Home Setup

You will require;

  • Desktop or Laptop (exc. Macbooks)
    • Ethernet port
    • 20GB free storage
    • Windows 10 (minimum)
    • 4GB (RAM) inc stereo speaks/supporting card or sound processor
    • 1440x900 screen resolution (minimum)
    • CPU 1.8GHz with at least two processor cores (exc Intel Atom/Celeron/Pentium)
    • Spare USB port
  • Cable (Ethernet) broadband connection (min 20Mbps download; 10Mbps upload speeds)
  • Wired keyboard, mouse and USB Headset (preferred Jabra Evolve)
  • Second monitor is required (or supplied) will need a Display Port and VGA Input. HDMI adapters can be purchased.
