About Sitel Exeter

At Sitel Exeter we work closely with some “Hollywood” brands including John Lewis, Rapha Cycles, Heathrow Airport   and Flybe.

We are looking for both new and experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team at Sitel Exeter on a full or part time permanent contract paying £9.35 to £12 per hour.  Day time, evenings and weekends available!

You will be employed directly by Sitel representing a brand that best suits your skills, experience and aspirations.

Once you have completed our full induction and training experience which varies from 2-6 weeks on-site, you will be handling a variety of Customer enquiries on the phone, via email, social media and live chat.

Following your training, we will continue to support you with ongoing coaching and development time. For those people who are more career minded, we can introduce you to a wide range of progression opportunities, across both management and support career paths.

What we need from you in order to be successful

· A willingness to learn new skills

· Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time.

· Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people

· A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems 

 

If you don’t have previous customer service experience or feel like you don’t quite meet all of the above? We still want to hear from you! Remember we are going to train you and teach you all you need to know.
