Sitel Group® is looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager!



As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Sitel you will have the unique opportunity to execute on our DEI strategy and deliver on the DEI platform initiatives at the ground level!  This position will partner cross-functionally as well as with executive leadership to realize our DEI strategy, build actionable tools and create resources to achieve our goal where all Sitel associates feel they belong and can do their best work.  


This role will be responsible for leveraging data and metrics to inform our D&I priorities, define and measure success, and influence change at our company and within our industry.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute on actionable activities that will increase DEI visibility and drive strategic goals.
  • Lead transformation and change management programs within DEI, while playing a key role in expanding ERGs, leading Diversity Council, and activating leaders and people managers as it relates to DEI.
  • Partner with NA HR and TA teams to embed DEI into every aspect of the associate journey.   
  • Partner with leadership to promote successful region-wide (Americas) DEI programs and plans. 
  • Partner with our analytics team to design metrics and dashboards for DEI and TA functions and monitor progress.
  • Work with business partners to develop annual/quarterly DEI projects and metrics. 


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in DEI specific roles.
  • Experience partnering with a professional diversity organization nationally.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to inform and guide the direction of inclusive recruitment and talent development with near and long term perspectives. 
  • Experience developing successful DEI programs at large organizations.




  • Current knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion standard methodologies, including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection, and engagement.
  • Experience defining and overseeing success on program initiatives.
  • Organizational agility – ability to move about the organization and adapt to change quickly.
  • A passion for driving results.
  • A self-starter with a doer mentality.
  • Capability to craft and communicate a clear project plan and to keep partners advised on progress.
  • A knack for challenging the status quo and providing feedback to executive leadership.
