Position Overview  

 

As the Director, Talent Acquisition for Operations Recruiting at Sitel you will have an opportunity to build a TA strategy and partner cross-functionally as well as with executive leadership to realize the strategy and build actionable tools and resources for our Sitel associates. The role will be responsible for leveraging data and metrics to inform our TA priorities, define and measure success, and influence change at our company and within our industry and provide guidance for our TA marketing programs as well as management of our day-to-day recruitment operations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Leads a Talent Acquisition team that designs and executes recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses hiring needs.
  • Develops sourcing and selection procedures.
  • Promotes diversity in the workplace and ensures that recruiting strategies and procedures attract diverse candidates.
  • Leads team to maintain and improve our overall candidate experience.
  • Ensures that talent pipelines are maintained to meet future staffing needs.
  • Leads recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
  • Participates in our company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement.
  • Researches and recommends new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS).
  • Collaborates with the Onboarding Team to ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations' goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Partners with leadership to develop the departmental budget.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must have 10+ years’ experience working in TA specific roles with progressive knowledge and understanding of standard methodologies, including effective approaches to high-volume attraction, engagement, recruitment, selection, and development.
  • Must have 5+ years’ experience managing teams of direct reports and developing senior individual contributors.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel approx. 25% or more domestic and international.

Talen Acquisition: At your core, you are an outstanding recruiter. You have breadth across function/level/etc. and can fill any role providing a consultative recruiting approach.

Analytics: You love data and use it to influence strategy and leadership. Your expertise in data enables your team to drive consistent results and capture insights from data to support business decisions.
