You Will


As Director, HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the HR/leadership business partnership activities. You will be developing, aligning, and executing HR initiatives and will have frequent contact with Executive North America leadership members, and will be part of the North America HR leadership team reporting to VP, HR – North America.


  • Work directly with NA functional leaders to define and execute human capital strategies to attract, engage, develop, and retain their people. This includes providing guidance regarding effective organizational structure, pay strategies, and organizing employee engagement action plans.
  • Responsible for all people compliance activities for associates inclusive of policies and administrative processes.
  • You will work in an agile environment with a digital mindset and be a key driver for culture and diversity initiatives across all groups supported.
  • Manage corporate talent acquisition for North America.

You Have


  • 4-year college degree in human resources or business or equivalent experience and education,
  • Bonus points for a Master’s degree in a related field preferred and/or SPHR certification.
  • 10-15 years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources management inclusive of HRBP and HR Generalist responsibilities.
  • 5-7 years experience working as a Human Resources leader supporting senior leadership teams in a Corporate/ professional environment.
  • Background in associate relations, learning and development, and problem/conflict resolution.
  • Experience demonstrating extensive knowledge and application of current employment laws required, including Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing others.
