The Director, Global Investigations primary responsibility is to oversee, manage and coordinate client and employee-based investigations for the Sitel Group.  Within that function the candidate will be required to conduct the following duties:


  • Review the daily intake of cases and ensure that these are properly assigned and conducted in a thorough and timely manner based on Sitel Security Policies and Procedures. 
  • Conduct sensitive, high level complex investigations involving both administrative and criminal violations.
  • Coordinate with clients, functional leaders, and law enforcement to ensure that all investigations are successfully addressed and concluded. 
  • Based on investigative findings, identify patterns, trends, and security gaps; and make recommendations on preventative and mitigating controls to that can be implemented to prevent the recurrence of the inappropriate behavior and security lapses. 


  • Produce clear verbal and written investigative and analytical reports on investigative findings, security trends and/or mitigating controls for the use of the Global Executive Team and upper management that can be leveraged for critical decision-making actions.
  • Meet with clients to discuss investigative findings, address security lapses, and recommend risk controls.
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with Law Enforcement to facilitate prosecution.
  • Recommend and develop security policies, processes and procedures based on analytical reviews to reduce the overall corporate risk profile.
  • Be required to periodic updating of job knowledge through the engagement of educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
  • Work with local staff to promote security and fraud awareness amongst the employee population, as well as continually search for creative and enforceable means to proactively prevent and control fraud and physical security violations.

You Have


  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have 4+ years in a Corporate environment managing corporate investigations
  • 10 years Law Enforcement Experience/Business Security Experience or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification accepted in lieu of Law Enforcement/Business Security experience 
  • Local expertise and connections to law enforcement or legal entities that can further advise/protect on behalf of the organization
  • Backgrounds in investigations, incident response, physical security controls, report writing and security auditing
  • Caseload management
  • Investigation Management – planning, strategy, and delivery
  • Non-Confrontational Interviewing, Reid, W-Z – remote and in person
  • Digital evidence gathering
  • Knowledge of local rules of evidence and appreciation of international rules of evidence
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations (GDPR, CPA)
  • Report Writing/Briefing capability
  • Evidence presentation in relation to court proceedings

Certifications and Travel:


  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification in lieu of law enforcement experience
  • Up to 50% travel
