You Will

 

Directly manage the successful integration of all operational procure-to-pay activities for Sitel’s acquired or merged companies including include planning, execution, integration of procure-to-pay activities for acquisitions and Sitel divestitures in compliance with Sitel GPP. Ensure the value-based business continuity of the newly acquired companies during the integration period to Sitel purchasing tools and processes.

  • Manage and execute key workstreams, coordinate cross-functionally, and interact/operate at ALL levels of the organization.
  • Manage the procurement integration of spend and suppliers utilized by acquired companies to Sitel processes, tools, and eTools.
  • Identify and adequate standard processes that address the company’s acquisition program requirements.
  • Understand Sitel’s business objectives to generate and monitor project information, action items, schedule, and deliverables for the team.
  • Work with cross-functional internal groups and the acquisition project teams to ensure timely vetting, enrollment, and other requirements of suppliers/vendors related to acquisition-merger.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Global Procurement Service procure to pay processes, relevant policies, and controls.
  • Bring a change management engagement approach while influencing and bringing the acquired on the integration journey.
  • Manage contract integration of the acquired companies or merged companies.
  • Manage the integration of the new team of acquired employees in procurement-related activities as needed.
  • Provide recommendations on all procurement-related issues, plans, reports, training, and metrics.
  • Define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design and prototypes, test and training. Define support procedures.
  • Define training requirements and accordingly develop training materials for acquired company personnel on policies and best practices.
  • Identify risks and issues and execute on plans to mitigate or prevent those risks
  • Develop innovative approaches to review procurement process effectiveness.
  • Review and track all Synergistic opportunities
  • Introduce best practices and process improvements.

You Have

 

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work with increasing responsibility
  • +4 years’ experience working with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, and/or SaaS systems such as Ariba, Ketera, Coupa, Zycus and similar products
  • Proven financial practice and knowledge
  • Experience managing procurement integration before, during, and after M&A.
  • Due Diligence experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven experience leading teams in the past and working in complex matrix organizations.
  • Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking stressful environment, working independently and prioritizing work
  • Deep knowledge working with procurement integration processes, with an emphasis on service-based companies, international transactions and invoicing and intercompany.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, consolidate and manage supplier contracts and data as well as determine and execute on the opportunities for supplier synergies.
  • Flexible to adjust to changing business needs

 

Desired capabilities include:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience with data analytics tools
  • Change management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with OpEx and CAPEX Procurement/Supply Chain and/or Mergers & Acquisitions a plus
