Position Overview  

 

The Director, Analyst & Advisor Relations is a key part of Sitel Group’s digital transformation, focusing largely to increase awareness of the company and our products and services globally. In this role, you will strengthen Sitel Group’s market reputation and visibility through building and leading a strong Analyst & Advisor Relations program and strategy. You will ensure collaborative relationships with key stakeholders such as: the external analyst community (Everest, HfS, Frost & Sullivan, ISG, Gartner, Forrester and others) and internal SMEs (Product Marketing, Corporate Communications and Executive Leaders). This role will be responsible for successfully leading cross-functional initiatives and multiple projects in support of Sitel’s global Analyst & Advisor Relations program.

 

 

 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with Sitel business units to better position Sitel’s solutions and products to the advisors and analyst community.
  • Broaden and deepen Sitel relationships with advisors, analysts and influencers through targeted outreach and engagement activities.
  • Work with advisors to bring in qualified opportunities as well as seeking coaching for prospective and on-going deals.
  • Plan, schedule, facilitate and track advisor interactions with Sitel leaders through frequent executive one-on-one meetings and briefings.
  • Help increase wallet share (leads/RFP’s/Win Rate) of Sitel-led pursuits through active advisor engagement.
  • Providing appropriate introductions to Sitel executives, SMEs, account managers, and business development professionals to relevant advisors and analysts in support of deal development activities.
  • Help drive the advisor relations program in support of Sitel Group’s go-to market and market penetration strategies.
  • Define advisor relations-based goals and measure/report on progress against those goals with an emphasis on results driven from advisor relations activities.
  • Lead and drive advisory briefings, workshops, etc. across verticals and service lines.
  • Liase with internal SMEs and marketing teams across regions to best articulate Sitel Group’s story (vision, strategy, competitive differentiation, and market leadership).
  • Proactively build and maintain close relationships with the key industry advisors, analysts and other market influencers via multiple channels.
  • Support the development, implementation and management of the Advisor & Analyst Relations Calendar in an effort to consistently identify areas of coverage opportunities and drive continuous improvement towards business goals.
  • Manage program activities such as advisor / analyst inquiries, briefings, research, conferences, advisory days and reporting.
  • Effectively assess and address the needs of advisors / analysts as it relates to their research needs and inquiries about Sitel Group’s products and/or services.
  • Create opportunities to share Sitel’s products and services with advisors to ensure they are deeply familiar with Sitel Groups offering and able to recommend us to their clients.
  • Support delivery of analyst insights and drive alignment with sales, marketing and product teams to help build market awareness, increase lead generation effectiveness, and simplify selling.
  • Support advisor / analyst inquiries on behalf Sitel AmeriPac teams to close knowledge gaps and gain feedback/direction when go-to-market or product development direction is needed.
  • Support media relations strategy and influencer outreach, as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years’ experience working with industry advisors, analysts and influencers as part of 15+ years of business experience in B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving successful analyst relations programs garnering industry analyst interest and coverage.
  • Understanding of and an ability to apply the relationship and communication skills requisite to succeed in large, complex advisory led deal opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing Communication, PR, Journalism or related field of study.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, organizational and prioritization skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient across all Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Methodical approach.
  • Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable developing and implementing new processes.
  • Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative environment, managing relationships at all levels (externally with advisors, influencers, and internally within Sitel).
  • Ability to effectively manipulate and analyze data.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations, understanding the value in presentation design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
