Job Summary

Do you have strong management skills and the ability to lead a campaign to achieve success?

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Manager, who can provide clear and strong direction to Team Managers and exceed campaign and company business objectives. This will be done by ensuring key financial, operational and people metrics are achieved, along with supporting Operations Managers through assigned projects or area’s of responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take on line management for a Team as well as running as operational team of associates.
  • Coach and mentor team managers in accordance with both campaign and company strategy.
  • Ensure that business units across campaign are adequately staffed in accordance with the agreed client FTE lock.
  • Effectively manage absence and attrition across the campaign and site by supporting in 1:1 discussions with staff and by reviewing return to work meetings.
  • Support and chair disciplinary/capability meetings with staff where appropriate in order to address inappropriate behaviours or performance concerns.
  • Assess daily KPI impacts and provide recommendation and action plans to improve off-target performance raising significant issues with the Operations Manager
  • Participate and lead weekly and monthly business reviews (internal/external)
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement/insight projects
  • Deputise for the Operations Managers in their absence.

This is a full time Position in which you will need to be Full Time Fully Flexible between our opening hours which is 7am-11pm Monday through to Sunday.
